Hi, I'm Will Bi

I've spent the past twenty years in operations and management at companies in the US and China — from Apple and Microsoft to NIO and Zeekr. I watched mobile grow into everything, and I was there for the EV industry's fastest years.

Different industries, different stages, and the same thing kept showing up: technology doesn't just change the tools in your hands. It reshapes the society around you, and it redirects the course of a single life. When the shift comes, some people find the opening — and some just aren't sure which way to turn.

Connection and growth are what I keep coming back to. How a person grows, how a business grows, how a society grows. Put those next to AI and a lot of settled answers start coming loose. So I started Nexus.

Nexus: connecting the pieces, exploring what's still open

AI has already made a lot of things faster and easier: someone with no technical background can start writing code, or put together an automated workflow of their own.

But change never stays inside the tools. It reshapes how people connect and relate to each other, how a company actually runs, and where a person's value and meaning come from.

Technology is supposed to reach everyone — to leave us better off, clearer-headed, freer. Reality is usually more complicated. Is AI spreading knowledge around, or quietly outsourcing our thinking? Creating opportunity, or taking work away? Opening up choices, or concentrating resources in fewer hands…

Nexus is about technological innovation, business, and how societies shift — and about one person's life, learning, work, growth, and how they come to see the world.
